Refund Policy

1. Pre-Shipment Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Purchases that have not yet been shipped are FULLY (100%) refundable.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the item has not left our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method with no fees attached.

2. Post-Shipment Returns

Products purchased directly from our website that have already been shipped to a customer are refundable, subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Because masonry heater kits are heavy freight items, shipping costs are significant. If you choose to return a product after it has shipped, you (the customer) are responsible for arranging and paying for the return freight to our warehouse.

3. Return Conditions & Process

To ensure a successful refund, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be delivered to our warehouse in Montreal, Quebec.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
The product must be undamaged and in sellable condition.

Refund Timing The refund (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be issued once the product is received in our warehouse and inspected to confirm it is in its original packaging without damage.
